Mission Statement

CETAL collaborates with campus partners to create a network of learning communities that drives innovative, high-impact teaching and academic leadership, and equips faculty to thrive professionally and personally.

Vision Statement

CETAL serves ÍøÆØÃÅ faculty by providing opportunities for connection and professional development related to teaching and academic leadership to positively impact student growth and success.

Core Values

  • Excellent Teaching – We strengthen faculty and student learning by providing relevant, intentional programming that fosters a reflective, evolving teaching practice.
  • Belonging –ÌýWe foster an inclusive community of educators that grapples with and addresses the unique needs and challenges of ÍøÆØÃÅ’s diverse faculty and students
