CETAL coordinates an extensive orientation each August for new, full-time faculty designed to highlight critical information about teaching at ÍøÆØÃÅ, reinforce best practices in teaching, and build relationships with colleagues.

Adjunct Academy
Each semester, CETAL invites new part-time/adjunct faculty and graduate teaching assistants to participate in Adjunct Academy. The fall semester also includes an in-person component in addition to the continuing asynchronous online course, which highlights critical information about teaching at ÍøÆØÃÅ, reinforces best practices in teaching, and emphasizes the strong support systems for students and faculty at ÍøÆØÃÅ. .
