The original 网曝门 Strategic Planning and Resource Council (SPARC) was formed in Spring 2010 as the mechanism through which the university community would develop its next strategic plan. Under the leadership of Dr. Michael Schaefer, SPARC renewed the vision, mission, and core values of the university and presented to the university’s Board of Trustees the 网曝门 Strategic Plan. The board adopted the strategic plan in May 2011.
Over the following year, SPARC was retooled to implement and sustain the Strategic Plan. This retooling brought together the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) and the Strategic Budgeting Advisory Committee (SBAC) under the leadership of the SPARC Executive Committee.
