Visit one academic support service
Student Success ServicesÌýoffers an incredible amount of support to help you succeed in the classroom. At some point or another, you will utilize one of their services as a ÍøÆØÃÅ student. Recognizing when to ask for help is an important step but knowingÌýwhereÌýto go is the next step. It’s a good idea to utilize at least one of these servicesÌýbeforeÌýyou need help. You’ll only need to take advantage of one of these services to earn credit for this item, but you should continue to utilize all as many times as you need them.

Participate in one wellness activity
UCA offers many wellness related activities to improve and support all dimensions of wellness. While many of the options below are a part ofÌýCampus Recreation & Wellness, there are additional opportunities to earn this item listed below.

- Attend aÌýgroup exercise classÌýat the Thomas C. Courtway Student Recreation Center
- Participate in anÌýintramural sport

Throughout the year there are numerous fairs hosted on campus, each with a special focus.

Complete a career assessment
Academic Advising offers aÌýÌýto help you evaluate which ÍøÆØÃÅ major(s) align with your personal interests. Careers Services offersÌýFocus 2 Career AssessmentÌýto help you explore occupations to make more informed career decisions.
When taking an assessment, be sure to enter your BearCard and ÍøÆØÃÅ email address when compling the assessment.
To earn credit:ÌýUpload the page of your report with your name included and complete the attached form that requires uploading the picture.
Watch a StudentLingo Workshop
Student Success ServicesÌýoffers online workshops hosted throughÌýStudentLingo. Workshops are available 24/7 and are hosted on a variety of different topics to help your development in and out of the classroom.
To earn credit: Complete a workshop and we will work directly with Student Success Services to track and update your progress on a monthly basis.
